Briwat Almond

A timeless classic of Moroccan fine pastry, Briwatte is the ultimate honey pastry. The name Briwatte translates to “little envelope” in Moroccan, and each piece is made of finely ground almonds delicately infused with orange blossom. Wrapped in an ultra-thin pastilla sheet (also known as ouarka or brick pastry), the pastry is drizzled with warm honey and orange blossom water after baking.
